Other Cow Dairy
This is the rest of our cow dairy, the specialties made from the raw milk of our grass-fed Dutch Belted cows. The raw cow kefir is the heart of it, a cultured, drinkable dairy alive with good bacteria, in plain and fruit flavors. Alongside it you will find rich original ghee for high-heat cooking, frozen raw colostrum, the nutrient-dense first milk, and our grass-fed holiday eggnog in season. Everything starts with the same clean A2/A2 milk and is left as close to raw as it can be. These are the dairy products that round out a real-food kitchen.
