Your order will be delivered to your doorstep on your scheduled delivery day. You don't even have to be home.

We Ship to the 48 Contiguous States

Once you create an account with your zip code, it will automatically detect what Delivery Zone you are in, which determines how your product arrives - via UPS or Dutch Meadows In-House Delivery Service.

Our shipping terms and fees are dependent upon your Delivery Zone and will fall within one of the following categories with the corresponding costs:

UPS Delivery
We cold ship all of our products in insulated cooler boxes with ice packs. Please make sure that someone is home the day that delivery is made. Not that you have to be home at the time of delivery, just at some point that day to move your order inside. We will email you the tracking information upon shipment/creating the shipping label.

UPS Home Delivery 1-2 Day (Ground)

$50 or more in product + $1.65/lb = total

UPS 2 Day Air (Zone 1)

$75 or more in product + $4.75/lb = total

UPS 2 Day Air (Zone 2)

$75 or more in product + $6.95/lb = total

Dutch Meadows Delivery

Look for our white refrigerated van or white refrigerated pickup truck when expecting delivery. You don`t even have to be home, just leave a cooler outside on your doorstep with ice packs and we will do the rest.

Dutch Meadows Delivery (Local)

$50 or more in product + $12.50 = total

Home Delivery FAQ's

How do I know if you deliver to my area?

When you create an account with us you will be asked to enter your zip code. This allows you to determine whether you are within our home delivery zone. It will also show you our pickup locations if you are close enough.


I am outside your local delivery area, can I still order? Do you ship? 

Yes! If you are outside of our delivery zone or pickup areas, you will still be able to select “Home Delivery” as your option. You will automatically be signed in to receive UPS shipping.


Do I need to be at home for delivery?

No, but please make sure you leave a cooler with ice packs outside your front door and we will take care of the rest. If there is no cooler provided, we will leave everything in the cardboard box that we pack it in.

How do you package a product when shipping?

For UPS Home Delivery we use 1.5-inch insulated boxes with ice packs and/or dry ice to keep products cold for up to 2-3 days. Our packages are handled with extreme care by the DM team. Since we must use UPS Shipping to offer the convenience of Home Delivery, there is a certain point where the handling is simply out of our control and in the hands of UPS personnel. This means there’s a chance there may be the occasional product damage i.e. broken egg. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that the handling incident may cause and assure you that we will always take the necessary steps to immediately provide a full refund or replacement for the affected product.





Can I edit my order that I already placed?

Absolutely! But remember to have it finalized before the order deadline because after that you will no longer be able to change your order as our team will already have packed it up for you. If there is a need after the deadline, you may call or email us for changes and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I order after the deadline?

This is not recommended but since we have a hard time saying no to our loyal customers for an order, you can order over the phone or by email until 8AM (EST) the morning after the deadline. If we accept any late orders after the deadline and before 8AM you will need to pay a late fee of $10 for the inconvenience to our very streamlined and tight schedule. Please note: No late orders or order changes accepted after 8AM past deadline, no exceptions.


When will my card be charged?

Your card will NOT be charged WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. Since the final cost is occasionally dependent upon the weight of the items ordered, we can't charge your card until we process your order, which will happen 1-3 days before your delivery date. We kindly ask that you keep this process in mind when placing your order and make sure there are sufficient funds for the card to be charged at the proper time. Thank you!
