These products have been certified organic by an approved certifier. This means there are no GMO's, no chemicals, no artificial additives and no artificial hormones. We do go beyond organic standards with some of our products as USDA allows certified organic companies to feed grain and more importantly soy.

Never exceeding 105 degrees for processing products. In milk it means that the only processing we do is cool it down and put it in the bottle. how fresh is that? All raw milk is tested for  bacteria, coliform, and pathogens. Some raw products have live and active enzymes and good bacteria added. It is said that raw dairy have a higher amount of good bacteria and enzymes to help the body build a stronger immune system, with that there is always a risk of bad bacteria but we try to keep it minimal with our farming practices and cooling systems.

100% of the diet of our grassfed animals consists of freshly grazed pasture and stored grasses (hay or grass baleage.) Free-choice minerals are also part of the diet for the health of the livestock.

As the seasons allow our animals are raised in the open pasture or field as nature intended.

Processed without added synthetic Nitrites or Nitrate. Nitrates have been known to cause indigestion and other health issues for some people.

A2 Milk refers to the A2 type beta-casein proteins in the milk. Most cows in the country will produce milk with a mixture of A1 and A2 proteins. Milk from cows that produce milk containing a higher content of A2 proteins can be easier to digest, which may prove beneficial for those who are lactose intolerant and have milk allergies.

Never administered growth hormones for faster growth or given antibiotics.

Does not contain gluten which is a substance present in cereal grains, especially wheat, that is responsible for the elastic texture of dough. A mixture of two proteins, it causes illness in people with celiac disease.

Wild caught sustainably and Flash Frozen.

Raised naturally without the use of harmful pesticides and herbicides. The farmer's land is never sprayed with harmful chemicals, only natural beyond organic fertilizers necessary to build healthy soil.

Raised and produced completely free of corn. Great for those that have corn allergies or simply a personal preference of having a corn free diet.

No added sugar is included in this process. A great way to keep refined sugars out of your diet.
