Ordering and Deadlines

What payment methods does Dutch Meadows Farm accept?
We accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
If shopping at our farm store in Paradise, we also accept check or cash.
Why did I get charged more than it showed at checkout?
Since many items are priced by the pound your final total may be a little more or less than your order's initial estimated total. Once finalized, your total will be charged to your credit card on file and your receipt will be emailed. It's our policy to match the weight over the number of packs in a bundle. Example: If we have a steak that is less than the estimated weight we might choose to put 2 in to get closer to the average weight. Once your card is charged, you will receive a final order email. This is where you can see exactly what you were charged and for what.
Why is my order not coming for almost 2 weeks?
We operate on a weekly order system. If your order is placed just after the deadline, you will not get it until the following week. Our deadline is different depending on your method of delivery.

UPS: Thursday midnight
South Jersey home delivery: Sunday midnight
Wednesday New York: Monday midnight
Berks, Philadelphia, and Northern Lancaster home delivery: Wednesday midnight
Thursday and Friday New York: Wednesday midnight
Farm store pickup: Wednesday midnight
Can I edit my order after I place it?
After you place an order, simply login anytime before your upcoming deadline and add or remove items from an existing order. There's no button to press, and you will not receive a confirmation email for changes you make. Whatever is in your cart when the deadline passes is what you will receive.

UPS Delivery Details

What are the delivery fees?
UPS 2-day Ground Home delivery: $1.65 per lb
2 Day Air Zone 1: $4.75 per lb
2 Day Air Zone 2: $6.95 per lb

Drop-Site Pickup

How does a drop-site location work?
The pick-up locations are designed for convenient access to our farm fresh food by placing an order prior to the deadline and then meeting our truck at the specified time and location to get your order. For more drop-site faq's please go to dutchmeadowsfarm.com/pickup
Can I return Glass bottles, Boxes, and egg Cartons?
Yes, we do reuse the containers, if we get them back. Just give them to the delivery team and we will be happy to use them again to cut down on waste.

Raw Milk Safety

Does Dutch Meadows test the milk?
Yes, we test every batch of milk for any high bacterial counts.
