Can I edit my subscription order?
Yes — once your 2nd subscription order is generated, you'll receive a text and email letting you know you can edit your next order. You'll have 6 days to make changes before the 10 am deadline for your delivery method.
Note: If you change your delivery frequency, the change won't take effect until your current order has been processed and delivered.
How do I edit my order?
Go to Recurring Orders in your account. From there, click "Add items to order" and shop as usual. To remove items, click the trash can icon next to the product.
Note: You can only add or remove items on your next scheduled order.
Can I reschedule or skip a subscription order?
Both options are available in your subscription dashboard. Visit Recurring Orders to reschedule or skip an upcoming delivery.
What payment methods does Dutch Meadows Farm accept?
We accept credit card payments — Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
If you're shopping at our farm store in Paradise, we also accept check or cash.
Why did I get charged more than it showed at checkout?
Since many items are priced by the pound, your final total may differ slightly from the estimated checkout total. Once finalized, your card on file is charged and a receipt is emailed to you.
It's our policy to match weight over number of packs in a bundle. For example, if a steak is under the estimated weight, we may add an extra piece to get closer to the average.
After your card is charged, you'll receive a final order email with the exact items and amounts.
Can I cancel or edit my order after the deadline?
We cannot accept or edit orders after the deadline. Canceling is strongly discouraged, but you're welcome to reach out to customer service to see if it's still possible.
Why is my order not coming for almost 2 weeks?
We operate on a weekly order system. If your order is placed just after a deadline, it's automatically scheduled for the following week. Current deadlines (subject to change):

What are the delivery fees?
UPS 1-Day Ground Home Delivery: $1.90 / lb
UPS 2-Day Ground Home Delivery: $2.20 / lb
2-Day Air Zone 1: $5.75 / lb
2-Day Air Zone 2: $7.95 / lb
Can I cancel a UPS order after it has shipped?
While highly discouraged, a shipment may be rerouted back to us depending on circumstances. This incurs a 15% restocking fee plus a $20.00 per package rerouting fee charged by UPS.
Can I track my UPS delivery?
Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number you can use directly on the UPS website.
Do you ship to all states?
We currently ship to the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
Drop-Site Pickup
How does a drop-site location work?
Drop-site locations offer a convenient way to pick up your order close to home. Simply place your order before the deadline, then meet our truck at the specified time and location.

Can I return glass bottles, boxes, and egg cartons?
Yes — we gladly reuse containers when returned. Simply hand them to the delivery team and we'll take care of the rest.
What happens if I miss the drop-site pickup?
We'll bring the order back to the farm. A 10% restocking fee applies, and the remaining balance is added to your account as store credit, redeemed automatically on your next order.
If you'd prefer a refund instead, a 15% restocking fee applies to cover credit card processing costs.
We typically respond within 24 hours, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm. Messages received outside those hours are answered the next business day.
What is your customer satisfaction guarantee?
We stand behind every product with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have an issue, email us or use our contact form with details about the problem and we'll make it right. If the product has been cooked, consumed, or adulterated in any way, we may not be able to provide a full credit.
Raw Milk Safety
Does Dutch Meadows test the milk?
Yes — we test every batch of milk for high bacterial counts to ensure quality and safety.
How is raw milk processed?
Raw milk is filtered and chilled before being bottled and delivered.
Is raw milk safe for everybody?
Raw milk produced in a clean environment has a strong safety record. If you have specific health concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are packed.
After packing or shipment, cancellations are not possible.
Missed pickups receive 90% farm credit.
If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us within 48 hours.
