What payment methods does Dutch Meadows Farm accept?
We accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
If shopping at our farm store in Paradise, we also accept check or cash.
Why did I get charged more than it showed at checkout?
Since many items are priced by the pound, your final total may be a little more or less than your order’s initial estimated total.
Once finalized, your total will be charged to your card on file and your receipt will be emailed.
It’s our policy to match the weight over the number of packs in a bundle. Example: If a steak is less than the estimated weight, we may add an extra piece to get closer to the average weight.
After your card is charged, you’ll receive a final order email with the exact items and charges.
Can I cancel or edit my order after the deadline?
We cannot accept or edit an order after the deadline. Canceling is strongly discouraged, but you can reach out to customer service to see if it’s still possible.
Why is my order not coming for almost 2 weeks?
We operate on a weekly order system. If your order is placed just after the deadline, it will be scheduled for the following week. Deadlines (subject to change):

What are the delivery fees?
UPS 1-day Ground Home Delivery: $1.90 per lb
UPS 2-day Ground Home Delivery: $2.20 per lb
2 Day Air Zone 1: $5.75 per lb
2 Day Air Zone 2: $7.95 per lb
Can I track my UPS delivery?
Yes—once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number you can use on the UPS website.
Do you ship to all states?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
How does a drop-site location work?
Drop-site locations provide convenient access to our farm-fresh food. Place an order before the deadline and meet our truck at the specified time and location to get your order.

Can I return glass bottles, boxes, and egg cartons?
Yes—we gladly reuse containers when returned. Hand them to the delivery team so we can reduce waste together.
What happens if I miss the drop-site pickup?
We’ll bring the order back to our farm. A 10% restocking fee applies, and the remaining amount is added to your account as store credit (redeemed automatically on your next order).
Prefer a refund instead of an account credit? A 15% restocking fee applies to cover credit card processing fees.

We typically respond within 24 hours, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm. Messages outside these hours are answered the next business day.

Does Dutch Meadows test the milk?
Yes—we test every batch of milk for high bacterial counts.
How is raw milk processed?
Raw milk is filtered and chilled before being bottled and delivered.
Is raw milk safe for everybody?
Raw milk produced in a clean environment has shown to be very safe. If you have specific health concerns, consult your healthcare provider.
