Ordering and Deadlines
What payment methods does Dutch Meadows Farm accept?
We accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
If shopping at our farm store in Paradise, we also accept check or cash.

Why did I get charged more than it showed at checkout?
Since many items are priced by the pound your final total may be a little more or less than your order's initial estimated total. Once finalized, your total will be charged to your credit card on file and your receipt will be emailed. It's our policy to match the weight over the number of packs in a bundle. Example: If we have a steak that is less than the estimated weight, we might put 2 in to get closer to the average weight.
Once your card is charged, you will receive a final order email. This is where you can see exactly what you were charged and for what.
Can I cancel or edit my order after the Deadline?
We cannot accept or edit an order after the deadline. Canceling is strongly discouraged but you can check to see if it is possible by reaching out to the customer service team.
Why is my order not coming for almost 2 weeks?
We operate on a weekly order system. If your order is placed just after the deadline, you will not receive it until the next week. Our deadline is different depending on your method of delivery.

What are the delivery fees?
UPS 2-day Ground Home delivery: $1.90 per lb
2 Day Air Zone 1: $5.75 per lb
2 Day Air Zone 2: $7.95 per lb
2 Day Air Zone 1: $5.75 per lb

Can I track my UPS delivery?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track your package on the UPS website.
Do you ship to all states?
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
Drop-Site Pickup
How does a drop-site location work?
The pick-up locations are designed for convenient access to our farm fresh food by placing an order prior to the deadline and then meeting our truck at the specified time and location to get your order. For more drop-site faq's please go to dutchmeadowsfarm.com/pickup
Can I return Glass bottles, Boxes, and egg Cartons?
Yes, we do reuse the containers, if we get them back. Just give them to the delivery team and we will be happy to use them again to cut down on waste.
What happens if I miss the drop-site pickup?
We will bring the order back to our farm. We then take a 10% restocking fee and put the rest back on your account as a store credit.
That credit will automatically redeem next time you place an order.
Note: If you want a refund instead of an account credit there is a 15% restocking fee to cover the credit card processing fees.

How quickly can I expect a response from customer support?
Our customer support team typically responds to inquiries within 2 hours Monday through Friday from 7 am till 4 pm. Anything outside of these hours will be answered the following business day.

Raw Milk Safety
Does Dutch Meadows test the milk?
Yes, we test every batch of milk for any high bacterial counts.
How is raw milk processed?
Raw milk is simply filtered and chilled before being bottled and delivered to customers.
Is raw milk safe for everybody?
Raw milk that is produced in a clean enviroment has shown to have great health benefits.
