Lard and Tallow

Our lard and tallow are rendered from the fat of our pastured animals, the traditional cooking fats that kitchens relied on long before seed oils took over. The beef tallow and pork lard are clean and stable, perfect for high-heat frying, roasting, and pastry, and they carry the quality of how the animals were raised. From the same pure tallow we also make skincare, whipped body balms scented with rose, citrus, and vanilla, the way our ancestors used what the animal gave. Nothing here is bleached, deodorized, or chemically processed. This is real fat put to the uses it has always served.
