Our einkorn pizzas are built on a sourdough einkorn crust, the most ancient wheat there is, long-fermented so it is easier to digest than anything off a delivery menu. Einkorn was the grain our earliest ancestors farmed, and made into pizza it gives you a crust with real character and a clean conscience. We offer ready-made cheese and sausage pizzas, a crust two-pack for building your own, and einkorn tortilla chips for snacking.
