Our raw cow milk comes from our own Dutch Belted cows, grazed on organic pasture and milked into the bottle without a thing added or taken away. It is never heated above 105 degrees, so the cream, the enzymes, and the good bacteria all stay exactly where they belong. Because it is A2/A2, many people who gave up on dairy years ago find they can drink it again. Customers tell us it tastes sweet and smooth, unlike any milk they remember, and we will let you be the judge. We test every batch, because raw milk this good is a responsibility we take seriously.
