All bottles will have a sticker with the best-by date. We recommend consuming by that date or freezing the milk for up to 6 months for best taste.

The bottles need to be rinsed and dried before returning to the team at the pickup sites, or leaving on your porch if you have home delivery. Please note that our team may reject bottles if they are not clean and there will be no credit issued. Each returned bottle earns you a $2 store credit.

The Dutch Belted breed produces milk with uniquely small fat globules, therefore making it almost naturally homogenized. The result is a smooth, consistent, and exceptionally creamy texture without any mechanical processing. Shake gently before pouring to enjoy the cream that rises to the top.

While not formally certified, our farming practices go beyond organic standards. We use no synthetic pesticides, no chemical fertilizers, no GMOs, and no artificial inputs of any kind.

Our raw fluid milk is all A2/A2, which many customers find significantly easier to digest, even if you have tried raw milk before and had difficulty digesting it. Dutch Belted cows naturally produce this easier-to-digest protein profile, making it a great option for those with dairy sensitivities.

Our cows are raised on open pasture, consuming a natural diet of grasses or hay year round, just as nature intended.
