Pasture Raised Rabbits: Rabbit

Our pasture-raised rabbit is a lean, mild, all-natural meat that has fed families for generations and is finding its way back to the table. The rabbits are raised on pasture and fed a corn-free, soy-free ration, with no GMOs and nothing artificial. We offer whole fryer rabbit, ready for the roasting pan, the braiser, or the stockpot. If you have never cooked rabbit, it is forgiving and worth knowing, closer to a good pastured chicken than most people expect.
