Pastured Milk-fed Pork: Ribs

Our pastured pork comes from pigs raised out on open pasture and woodland, then finished on fresh skim milk, which gives the meat its rich flavor and clean fat. They root and forage the way pigs are meant to, on a corn-free and soy-free diet with no added hormones or antibiotics. The selection covers fresh cuts like chops, roasts, ribs, and tenderloin, plus ground pork, sausages, and our smoked bacon and ham. Milk-fed pork is a rare thing these days, and most of our customers are tasting it for the first time.

Every cut here comes from hogs we raised on milk and pasture ourselves.
