Our pastured chicken is raised on open pasture in mobile shelters that move to fresh grass twice a day, so the birds are always on clean ground. They forage as they go, fed a corn-free and soy-free ration and never given antibiotics. You can buy whole birds in several sizes or shop by the cut, from thighs, drumsticks, wings, and breasts to ground chicken, bone broth, and organs. Raising poultry this way takes more work, but it is the only way we are willing to do it.
