A2/A2 Cow Dairy: Cream
Our A2/A2 cow dairy comes entirely from our Dutch Belted cows, a heritage breed that produces only the A2 beta-casein protein, which many people find far easier to digest than the A1 in most store milk. If conventional dairy has bothered your stomach, this is often the difference that lets you enjoy it again. The whole lineup is here, raw milk, heavy cream, Greek and drinkable yogurt, and kefir, all from the same clean A2/A2 herd, bottled and cultured the traditional way. Nothing is heat-stripped or stretched, just real dairy from cows bred to make milk the body welcomes. For a lot of families, A2/A2 is what brought dairy back to the table.
