100% Grass fed Lamb: Ground

Our 100% grass-fed lamb is raised on open pasture, grazing fresh grass through the season the way sheep are meant to live. Lamb raised this way has a clean, rich flavor without the heavy gaminess people remember from lesser meat. The selection runs the whole animal, from leg and loin chops, leg roasts, and shanks to ground lamb, and on through to the organs and bones for those who use them. They are never given grain, added hormones, or antibiotics, raised by farmers who know each one. Good lamb is one of the oldest foods there is, and this is it done right.
