Never exceeding 105 degrees for processing products. In milk it means that the only processing we do is cool it down and put it in the bottle. how fresh is that? All raw milk is tested for  bacteria, coliform, and pathogens. Some raw products have live and active enzymes and good bacteria added. It is said that raw dairy have a higher amount of good bacteria and enzymes to help the body build a stronger immune system, with that there is always a risk of bad bacteria but we try to keep it minimal with our farming practices and cooling systems.
