Meats and Fish

This is the full spread of meat and seafood from our family of farms. The beef and lamb are 100% grass-fed, the pork and poultry are pastured and fed a corn-free, soy-free diet, and the fish is wild-caught in Alaska and flash frozen at sea. Every animal lives on open pasture with no added hormones or antibiotics, raised by farmers who know each one. From steaks and chops to whole birds and fillets, it is all in one place. Every farm in our family is held to the same standard.
