Slow Cooker Beef and 3 Bean Chili

3 cups pinto beans
3 cups kidney beans (15 oz drained, if using canned)
3 cups black beans (15 oz drained, if using canned)
5 cups fresh crushed Tomatoes
2 medium Bell Peppers, chopped (about 3 cups chopped)
2 medium Candy Onions, chopped (about 3 cups chopped)
2 medium cloves Garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons hot sauce of choice
1 tablespoon bbq sauce of choice
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pounds Grassfed Ground Beef (save with a Bundle)

Instructions

Add all ingredients except the ground beef to the slow-cooker. Stir. Begin to cook on low. In a medium or large saucepan, brown the ground beef over medium heat with a little salt and pepper. Add to the chili in the slow cooker. Keep on low for 8 – 10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours. Serve with assorted toppings such as diced avocado, fresh cilantro, chopped onions, sour cream, Cheese, and hot sauce.
