A single order of Dutch Meadows 100% Grass-fed Angus Ground Beef includes 1 lb. of 85% lean ground mixture. The grass-fed mixture is carefully ground from trimmings of high quality Dutch Meadow beef products, like our grass-fed steak and roasts. 1 lb. feeds roughly 4 adults per meal.
