Ingredients
- Delmonico Steak
- Raw Salted Butter
- Fresh Garlic Bulbs
- 2lb - Candy Onions
- Mushrooms
- Pepper & Salt
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Thyme

Prepare the butter and garlic
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add fresh garlic. Let it cook briefly to bring out its aroma. -
Season the steak
Season the steak with salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and a little thyme. -
Cook the steak
Add the steak to the butter and sear on both sides. While cooking, spoon the melted butter over the steak to baste it. -
Add the vegetables
When the steak is almost done, add sliced onions and mushrooms to the skillet. Stir and cook until the vegetables are softened. -
