Introducing our popular garlic & chives cheddar with a twist!
We start with our mild cheddar recipe and stir garlic and chives in before we form it into blocks of cheese. This gives it an even flavor throughout the whole block. It is then smoked with apple wood to give it a delightful smoked flavor. Great as a snack, on salads or with our sourdough crackers. Packaged in a convenient 8 oz. block.
