Here's a winter season specialty and that is these crispy Mache greens for that "yummy salad". Mache greens are a cold weather salad green akin to Tatsoi and are named thus as they are planted after the corn harvest. Not only does mache go by the name corn salad green, but is sometimes referred to as lamb's lettuce or fetticus.
These are organically grown without the use of chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, or any other harmful sprays. They are grown with our family and customer's health in mind, naturally.
