WOW! It's been a while since we talked about things happening around the farm! Today I will share three things that have happened in the past year or so, or are in the making!

1. Our Own Meat Processing Facility (Beef & Pork)

Some of you may already have been told this news as we have shared some of

this info back in 2024. But it's been well over a year already since we

started operating our own meat processing facility.

We have a great meat cutting crew that takes pride in cutting and packing our beef

and pork to the quality standards you expect. If you haven't noticed that the packaging holds up much better recently, I would be surprised! :)

We also use no acids whatsoever in our beef and pork like the mainstream processors might, only Organic Apple Cider Vinegar!

It is very common for meat processors to wash down carcasses with acid

solutions plus spray the meat with acids when processing. We absolutely do none of this! Again, only Organic Apple Cider Vinegar for the carcass wash down! :)

Another one of the biggest advantages we have is more control on what we use in

recipes like our hams, bacons, sausages, bolognas, etc... You probably

have noticed a lot of new recipes lately that do not use any sugars or

non-organic ingredients. We always welcome your feedback for new meat cuts or recipes! :) Stay tuned for more exciting new products coming soon!

2. Close To Launching Our Own Chicken Processing Facility

Here's another exciting project we have been working on and expect to start
operating in this facility the next week or two. Again, this will give
us more control on how we process our chickens including the packaging.

This facility is located right on one of our farms here in Paradise PA. Stay tuned for more details once we are operating! :)

3. Growing Farms & Farmers (Naturally)

This is the one I'm most passionate about
because one of the best things to watch in this whole regenerative
farming without the use of chemicals or pesticides is farmers
transitioning farmland over to organic with regenerative practices, and being able to keep the family on the farm.

At the same time our farmers can be more profitable because they get more of the food dollar.
Why? Because we are able to give them what they need for their product to operate sustainably, and stay healthy financially...

When there is corporate companies involved they far too often set their
prices, not letting the farmers present what they need to get paid to
operate sustainably. We take this very serious when we offer another farm a market for their product by sitting down with them and working together on what is fair value for their product!

So with that being said we have added over two hundred more regenerative farmland acres to our list supporting three more farm families on the farm!

All this is possible because you did it! You the customer/consumer has played a HUGE role in what we have to offer to our local community of farmers! :)

We at Dutch Meadows and all our farmers thank-you warmly from the bottom of our hearts for choosing REAL food
that has been produced naturally, with your food dollars! We realize
there are a lot of other options out there including at the super
markets and it is always your choice!

So Thank-you....

Blessings wished,
Dave, and everyone at Dutch Meadows Farms

Order Deadlines

Hello, due to a recent increase in requests, we feel it is necessary to point out that we cannot accommodate any late orders or order edits after the deadline at 10 AM ET on your specified day. (Please see chart below). Please refrain from submitting requests beyond this time, as we are unable to process them. To ensure a smooth experience, we strongly encourage placing your order the day before the deadline, or even a couple of days in advance. We experience a high volume of calls just before the order deadline, and we cannot guarantee that all calls or phone orders will be handled in the final hours leading up to the cutoff. Submitting your order before the deadline day helps avoid any last-minute delays that could prevent your order from being processed in time.  Remember, we are not a warehouse full of oversupply product that has been sitting around and ready to ship at a moment's notice. As small farmers, we require sufficient time to prepare your orders. This includes bottling milk, sorting eggs, retrieving meats from inventory, harvesting fresh vegetables, and coordinating with various vendors and farmers to ensure that fresh products are available. You are our valued customer and our goal is to bring you fresh, quality, REAL foods while streamlining the whole process from soil and farm > to process > to pack > to your table! Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or need clarification on our ordering process. Thank you for your understanding.
