Wow, already the end of year 2022... Wonders me where it all went so fast! But it's been a great year and I hope you were blessed with a prosperous one as well! :) This email has two parts to it so here goes for the first one:

 ***2022 Reflections***

As we ponder over this past year I can say it's been quite an interesting journey. And we feel honored that you chose to be part of the journey in terms or our REAL foods and farming enterprise! :)

A few things worth mentioning...

Hundreds of new people joined us for taking the REAL foods journey for better health or simply just to be able to "eat with confidence"! Welcome aboard! :)

Many regenerative farms were helped on their mission to continue healing the land and creating a family farm legacy for many years to come! All because of you, the health-conscious consumer that chose to eat REAL foods from local farms that you trust! :)

We've had our second annual Fun Day On The Farm which was a huge success and we do look forward to hosting this again in the Fall of 2023.

We have seen and heard so much about the craziness in the world out there but without going into details let us remember that there is always an opportunity to find peace, hope, and joy amidst your life if you let yourself into it. :) Good luck in seeking it out...

This list could probably go on and on but to be respectful of your time I want to keep moving here...

What was a notable reflection for you this past year?

I thought a great photo to reflect upon today would be the one of this sunrise here on the farm Thursday morning (12/29) around 7AM. It is simply gorgeous! Here we are looking out across the pastures with the milking barn to the right and the farm pond in the foreground.

Now for the second part of our email:

 ***Immune Boosters***

Are you looking for natural ways to boost your immune system this winter? If you stick with me here I'll share some of the products we use but definitely is not "one size fits all". And some of these products we do offer as well for your convenience! :) Just hit the links throughout to be connected to the products referenced...

For an everyday supplement to help keep the immune system in check we like to think Fermented Sauerkraut Juice, Fermented Kimchi Juice, or any Lacto-Fermented Veggies and Juices for that matter.

Herbals are always a great addition for this as well like Elderberry Syrup, or the Irish Moss Tincture that we offer. We are looking at a few new items in the Herbal line in the next few weeks so stay tuned! :)

Another really great option for everyday health is drinking REAL Bone Broths daily! We consider Bone Broths a powerhouse in terms of boosting your immune system, healing the gut, or simply drinking it for a healthier lifestyle! :) There is a lot of different "Broths" out there but nothing like the true Bone Broth made from pastured or grass fed bones...

If you catch the cold in your chest, we go for the Chest Be Clear, an herbal blend that was formulated by Natures Candies, our Herbal supplement vendor and actually one of our customers as well! Diffusing Essential Oils can be very soothing at this time as well, or anytime for that matter! :)

There is a lot more that could be shared on this subject but we are happy to answer your questions anytime about specific products that we offer. We are not doctors so we cannot guarantee anything, just share our opinions and experiences! :)

So may I ask, what is your favorite "go to product" for gut health or immune boosting? Just reply to this email, we'd love to hear from you! :)

Thanks again for your support this past year and always, we truly do appreciate it! May you have a Blessed and Prosperous New Year!

Dave at Dutch Meadows

P.S. Feel free to reply to this email with any questions or comments you may have as we really enjoy feedback and are here to help! This is usually the best part of sending a newsletter... :)

What Is "Seasonal Winter" Chicken?

So let’s think about seasonal chicken… As we all know to raise pastured chicken there is a seasonal time frame that we can consider our chicken to be truly pastured and that is May through October.

RECAP: Fun Day On The Farm 2023

Want to take a photo tour of our "2023 Fun Day On The Farm"? This was our 3rd annual event we held Saturday 9/9, here at Dutch Meadows. It was a beautiful day to have the event and we hope for those of you that were able to be here, enjoyed your day as much as we did!
