The Wester Griller is cut from the Bottom Round and is known for being the best marinated steak. While you can cut the Griller into cubes for kabobs, we find it's best when grilled or broiled to medium and then thinly sliced. We suggest creating a marinade that contains an acidic liquid such as lemon juice, wine or vinegar, as these components increase the tenderizing factor. Don't forget to add your favorite spices but always in moderation of course because the grass fed beef is also pure deliciousness on its own.
