A traditional preparation of salmon in the Pacific Northwest, our Sockeye is cured in a salt brine, and then smoked over Alder wood. Alder wood is traditionally used for smoking in the Pacific Northwest and compliments the sockeye's distinctive flavor. We do not use any nitrates or artificial preservatives in our smoked products, please keep them frozen until ready to use. Once opened, we recommend you use your salmon within 7–10 days.
