Our cottage cheese is made in small batches using fresh raw milk and raw cream from our 100% grass fed Dutch Belt Cows.
Cottage cheese goes great with nearly any meal, including waffles or pancakes, fruit, or a salad.
Everything in our Raw Cottage Cheese process is done to human consumption standards, including cleanliness, testing, etc... However, since PA state regulations make no provision for Raw Cottage Cheese, by law, we are forced to label it as pet food.
