Petite Tender Steak

Here's another "hidden gem" from the shoulder of beef that you could almost call a "mini" tenderloin. We can only get 2 of these per beef so they will be in short supply but it's one of those cuts that's worth trying. Taste the difference from 100% grass-fed beef! :)
