Chèvre is french for "Goat Cheese". This cheese is soft and spreadable, and we think it pairs perfectly with our Sourdough Crackers!
Everything in our Raw Goat Chevre process is done to human consumption
standards, including cleanliness, testing, etc.. However, since PA state
regulations make no provision for Raw Chevre, by law, we are forced to
label it as pet food.
