Beef Ribs anyone?
Since we now have our own meat processing facility, we can get creative with different cuts of beef. So to start we cut out some Beef Back Ribs, slow cooked them with our favorite seasoning, and boy were we ever blown away! :)

After we tried these here with the team it seemed kind of crazy that we actually never offered these before! You will not be disappointed with the flavor of 100% grass fed beef! :)

For cooking tips: Rub your favorite seasoning on the ribs at least 10 hours before cooking (we like salt, pepper, and onion powder), then slow cook at 300 degrees for about 4.5 hours. Once the meat looks like it is falling off the bone it should be ready! We hope you enjoy...
