The Turmeric Beet Kvass is made using golden beets. Beets are full of nutrition and are rich in folate, manganese, copper, and potassium, as well as antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. Turmeric is known for its immune boosting benefits, reducing pain and inflammation, and so much more. Beet Kvass is fermented for 7 days, and makes for a fantastic priobiotic drink.
Unopened, it will keep for several months in the refrigerator. Once opened, it should be consumed in 7-10 days. Shake well before opening.
