Ingredients
- (1 Cup) Pancake/Waffle Mix
- (2/3 cup) 1/2 Gallon Raw Milk (A2A2)
- (1) Large Brown Eggs
- (1 Tablespoon) Raw Salted Butter
- (1/4 cup for topping.) Quart Organic Maple Syrup - Grade A
Directions
Einkorn Pancake/Waffle Recipe
◆ Beat 1 egg.(For waffles, use 2 yolks.)
◆ Add milk and melted butter; mix well.
◆ Stir into 1 cup Einkorn Pancake Mix until just combined.
◆ Pour batter onto a hot, lightly greased skillet or waffle iron.
◆ Cook until bubbles form; flip and cook until golden brown.
For extra fluffy pancakes:
◆ Separate the egg.
◆ Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form.
◆ Gently fold the beaten whites into the batter before cooking.
