We follow a strict testing protocol to ensure the safety and quality of our raw milk. This includes weekly, bi-weekly, and twice-yearly testing conducted through both our in-house lab and a state-certified testing facility.

Weekly Testing (In-House Lab)

Twice-Yearly Testing (State-Approved Lab)

  • Tuberculosis (in the herd)
  • Brucellosis
  • Listeria
