Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dutch Meadows, our mission is to provide your family with clean, wholesome, farm-fresh food delivered with care.

  1. Order Cancellations

    • Before Fulfillment: While not recommended, orders may be cancelled provided they have not entered the packing queue yet.. Please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email if you need to cancel.
    • After Packing: Once your order has been packed, we are unable to cancel it. At this point, your order is committed and perishable goods cannot be resold.
    • Subscriptions: You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to your order being processed for the week. Subscription changes made after processing may not apply until the following cycle.
  2. Refunds & Credits

    • Product Quality: If an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will gladly provide a replacement, farm credit, or refund.
    • Missed Pickups / Deliveries: If an order is not picked up at a Neighborhood Pickup location or Home Delivery, we provide a 90% farm credit of the order total (to help cover our handling and packaging costs).
    • Shipping Delays: If a delay causes your order to arrive unusable, we will work with you to make it right with a replacement or credit.
  3. Non-Refundable Situations

    • Perishable products returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
    • Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored.
  4. Disputed Transactions

    Disputes filed directly with your bank or credit card provider hurt our family business. We kindly ask that you contact us first to resolve any issue. In nearly all cases, we can provide a faster and friendlier resolution than a formal dispute process.
