A drop-site is a scheduled pickup location where we deliver pre-packed customer orders.
You simply arrive during the pickup window and collect your order.
Yes — please bring your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) and be ready to provide your name.
This helps our driver hand you the correct order quickly.

We recommend picking up as soon as possible in the time window to allow time for delays.
Drop-sites are time-sensitive. If you miss the pickup window, the order will come back to the farm and we will credit your account minus a 10% restocking fee. You can also pickup at a later drop-site on the same route by contacting the team directly.

We strongly recommend bringing a cooler or insulated bag, especially for frozen meat, dairy, or warm weather pickups.
Yes! A friend or family member may pick up your order, but they must know the name and order number.
The pickup address is shown at checkout and included in your confirmation email.

We cannot accept any payments or order edits on site. Everything needs to be pre-ordered and paid online.
